Maintain updated product and supplier records according to criteria established in departmental standards and routines; 2\. Conduct and analyze quotation results, negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers, and issue purchase orders; 3\. Monitor all procurement activities, including deadlines, deliveries, and other related aspects; 4\. Request purchase order approvals from the immediate manager; 5\. Handle complex and high-value procurement processes; 6\. Keep departmental regulatory instruments up-to-date and properly applied; 7\. Develop and implement the Departmental Action Plan; 8\. Perform other related tasks; 9\. Responsible for contracting third parties to provide transportation services; 10\.
