We value curious professionals who are constantly thinking of ways to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect patient samples at the designated hospital location, verifying correct completion of patient data and signature by the nurse responsible for collection, and transport the sample to the agency; * Verify the patient’s correct name on the medical request; * Collect the patient’s or legal guardian’s signature; * Receive the informed consent form and verify that it is duly signed by both the responsible physician and the patient; * Perform double-checking with the nursing department; * Record temperatures and monitor storage conditions of blood components; * Enter information into spreadsheets, the Tasy system, and the Hemosys system; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Holds a Hemotherapy Technician certification; * Specific technical knowledge of Blood Bank routines; * Prior experience in a Transfusion Agency / Blood Bank. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12x36 shift) **Salary:** R$ 2.396,00 + 303.60 (Hazard Pay) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub – Gympass Birthday Day Off Maternity Leave: 6 months Paternity Leave: 30 days And other benefits.
