Work with commitment, responsibility, and punctuality We are hiring a professional to perform cleaning and maintenance of residential/commercial condominiums, ensuring organization and good condition of common areas. Main Responsibilities: * Cleaning of lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases, and common areas; * Sanitization of restrooms and communal areas; * Waste collection and proper disposal of residues; * Cleaning of glass, doors, and surfaces; * Support in condominium maintenance and organization; * Restocking cleaning supplies when necessary. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this field is a plus; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team.
