Fleet documentation control Job Description: Work Location: **Safra Distribuidora \- Maracanaú** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School * Prior experience in this role or in transportation/logistics-related areas; * Familiarity with fleet management systems (Fusion/TicketLog/Gasola/ERP \- Winthor/WMS \- Expert) * Work schedule: 5x2 \- Monday to Saturday, 44 hours/week **Preferred Qualification: Driver's license class B or D and ongoing undergraduate studies.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor route progress, fuel consumption, and refueling control; * Support the Analyst in planning and tracking preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Manage fleet documentation (licensing, traffic fines, insurance, etc.); * Perform vehicle tracking and telematics management (where applicable); * Monitor driver performance and assist in route definition; * Support audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation legislation; * Ensure cargo adjustments and receipt handling in case of delivery disruptions; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
