Job Summary: Responsible for supervising cash registers, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting cashiers in resolving issues, while guaranteeing compliance with established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors and ensures the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of cash registers. 2. Provides support to cashiers and prevents errors or discrepancies. 3. Supervises cash register opening/closing procedures and verifies financial transactions. **Job Description:** Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of cash registers, guaranteeing efficiency and quality in customer service. Supports cashiers, verifies monetary values, and prevents errors or discrepancies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise cash register opening and closing; * Verify cash withdrawals, change funds, and financial transaction reports; * Support cashiers in resolving issues (e.g., cancellations, returns, reversals); * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies; * Maintain organization and high-quality customer service at the store front; * Support the loss prevention department when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Cash Supervisor, Cashier, or in a similar role; * Basic knowledge of monetary verification and reporting; * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in supermarkets or retail chains; * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems **Additional Benefits:** * Attendance bonus: R$100 * On-site meals (no payroll deduction) * Birthday gift * Gift upon birth of a child (BABY KIT) * Exclusive discounts on: optical stores, pharmacies, gyms, etc. * Partnerships with SESC and SENAC **Note:** This position is open only to candidates residing in Nova Friburgo/RJ Salary: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.705,00 per month Benefits: * Health and commercial discount plans * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
