Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing and negotiating commercial offers and contracts, performing risk analyses, assessing customer financial health, and presenting proposals to HQ. Interface with various departments across the organization **A glimpse into your day** Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and contracts, which requires preliminary risk mapping of the project and customer analysis using existing processes in our department and Siemens Energy guidelines. Daily activities include verifying customer financial health, revalidating and preparing offer texts, allocating responsibilities between parties, and jointly negotiating and reviewing draft contracts with Technical Sales and Legal departments. Additionally, as part of the offer approval process, projects must be submitted for approval by our headquarters (HQ) (Letter of Award / LoA process). **How you’ll make an impact** * Preparation and analysis of commercial offers/proposals; * Critical thinking; * Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and viewpoints to stakeholders at all organizational levels; * Contractual analysis and negotiation with customers; * Presenting projects to HQ for approvals; * Interface with departments including: Technical Sales, Project Management, Central Functions (e.g., Taxes, Insurance, Legal), among others; * Proactivity in reaching out to and engaging with diverse individuals and functions across the organization; * Agility in executing tasks. **What we expect you to bring** * Experience in Commercial Sales / Commercial or Financial Project Management / Finance / Economics or related disciplines * Analytical skills, critical thinking, strong communication, attention to detail concerning offers and projects, teamwork/collaboration, networking abilities, robust communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels. * Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English (Spanish is a "plus") * Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment with varying requirements, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects or assignments. Flexibility for occasional travel. **About the team** * The team currently comprises 4 members + manager. * One member focuses on the New Units business area, while the other three focus on the Services area. * This position supports both New Units and Services projects. * We serve customers and projects across Latin America — from simple to complex, high-value projects.
