The professional will be responsible for ensuring tools remain in optimal condition and fully operational, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee process quality and productivity. **Main Activities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cutting, bending, and drawing stamping tools. * Inspect, disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble tools according to identified or scheduled requirements. * Identify wear, cracks, and other failures compromising process efficiency. * Use measuring and control instruments (calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, etc.). * Conduct bench tests and adjustments prior to production release. * Support improvements in tool design to enhance performance and ease of maintenance. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a bench toolmaker. * Knowledge of cutting, bending, and drawing stamping tools. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring and adjustment instruments. * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields (preferred). * Experience in toolmaking within the automotive or metallurgical industry. * Knowledge of machining (lathe, milling, grinding). **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation provided for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals served at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for wellness and recreational activities; Food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
