Monitor inventory and traceability of medications and supplies Job Responsibilities: Main responsibilities: \-Support Pharmacy Coordination in operational and clinical processes; \-Act as the department's technical reference in the absence of immediate coordination; \-Provide support to teams, coordinations, and management on departmental requests; \-Support shift scheduling, on-call coverage, and team guidance; \-Monitor inventory, expiration dates, batches, traceability, and storage of medications and supplies; \-Conduct and support inventory counts and inventory controls; \-Support pediatric oncology processes (prescription review, dose verification, and preparation scheduling); \-Contribute to audits, performance indicators, risk management, and continuous improvement; \-Support the development and revision of standards, procedures, and SOPs.
