Let’s together build the world’s greatest health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the Nursing Technician team. * Conduct training for continuous improvement. * Provide team support. * Ensure compliance with administrative activities related to ongoing treatments and staffing. * Guarantee prompt response to complications by implementing appropriate nursing procedures for each situation and supporting the on\-call physician’s actions, aiming to resolve complications and minimize harm to patients. * Monitor water flow used at hemodialysis procedure sites in hospitals, through biochemical/bacteriological condition monitoring and analysis of potential issues, aiming to maintain safety standards regarding water quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with valid registration. * Experience in clinical or acute care settings. * Nephrology specialist. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance Plan: To take care of your well\-being and that of your family.
