Description

**Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (such as: split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) with direct and indirect expansion. Perform routine preventive maintenance on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems; knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage systems and automation.
