Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling access of people, monitoring surveillance cameras, and ensuring building security, while providing basic information to residents and visitors. Assist residents and visitors ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position: Doorman Location: São Paulo \- South Zone ️ Responsibilities: Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers Identify and authorize visitors (intercom, registration, or system) Receive and register packages and correspondence Monitor security cameras and on-site movements Open and close gates/garages (manually or automatically) Ensure building security and report incidents Provide basic information to residents and visitors ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** ✅ Requirements: Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule \- 2 shifts per day: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
