We are seeking a Mid-Level Designer to support the development of visual assets for diverse projects, contributing your skills to ensure graphic solutions meet business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Create visuals for paid media campaigns on Google and Meta (static images, carousels, A/B variations, mockups, and special formats). * Adapt existing assets for different formats, audiences, and paid media channels. * Develop assets for ongoing performance testing (visual incrementality). * Ensure visual consistency with brand identity. * Create visual concepts for promotional and commercial calendar campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal dates, product launches). * Deliver visuals optimized for CTR, conversion, readability, and visual impact on small screens (mobile-first). * Collaborate closely with the performance team, analyzing creative results and proposing improvements. * Create scalable templates to accelerate paid media production. * Support the development of ad visual identity and specific media guidelines. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and design tools (Figma or similar). * Experience creating assets for Google and Meta Ads. * Ability to produce high-volume work while maintaining quality and visual coherence. * Knowledge of digital advertising formats and best practices (sizes, aspect ratios, limits, contrast, hierarchy, etc.). * Basic motion design knowledge is desirable (After Effects, Canva, Premiere, or similar). **What we offer:** * Life insurance; * Flexible benefits card; * Health insurance; * Optional dental plan, selected by the employee; * SESC membership; * Employee discount on company products; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy benefits program; * Total Pass; * Corporate transportation: shuttle service between the office and Barra Funda metro station, following defined routes and schedules.
