If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receipt, analysis, and validation of customer forecasts (receiving files via e\-mail, extracting information from web portals, telephone contact). * Negotiation with customers regarding delivery changes, scheduling variations, inventory monitoring, demand updates, and gathering relevant information for optimal customer service planning. * Order release in the system, analysis and completion of departmental performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. **Knowledge:** * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel); * Mathematical aptitude; * Short course in Business Administration; * Production Planning (or similar); * Residency in Limeira. **Additional Information** Chartered transportation for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
