We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience applying AI to delivery, to coach and develop Agile and delivery professionals for a strategic client—with a special focus on Scrum Masters and Product Owners, while also collaborating closely with other team members. The core role is to ensure agile maturity, delivery efficiency, intelligent adoption of AI, and alignment among teams, processes, and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** Coach and develop team members (especially Scrum Masters and Product Owners), ensuring adherence to agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban), delivering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement. Promote the responsible use of AI in daily team activities (backlog refinement, documentation, backlog management, metrics) and apply it to monitor delivery performance and predictability. Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and clarity, focusing on value delivery and strategic alignment. Support teams delivering AI solutions, considering their unique aspects (data, models, governance, ethical usage) during planning and cadence management. Ensure consistency and quality of agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote governance and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO or similar). * Experience coaching multiple teams and Agile/delivery professionals. * Proficiency in agile practices, frameworks, metrics, and AI tools applied to productivity and agile management. * Understanding of the AI solution lifecycle (data, models, governance, ethical usage). * Experience with Jira and metrics monitoring. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
