Job Summary:
The BI Assistant will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and reviewing data, ensuring data integrity and building dashboards for analyses that support business decisions.

As the BI ASSISTANT, you will work alongside our Technology team**:** **
Collect, structure, and review internal data.• Ensure integrity, quality, and standardization of databases used by the department.
* Build and maintain management dashboards and reports.
* Develop dashboards for analyses supporting decisions related to revenue, churn, commercial KPIs, customer performance, and expansion potential.
* Contribute to consolidating pipeline metrics, renewals, forecasts, and customer portfolio behavior.
* Support recurring monthly/quarterly analyses for evaluating results and performance indicators.
* Maintain documentation and versioning of data, queries, and reports.
* Follow established standards and methodologies for KPIs, metrics, and nomenclature.
* Collaborate with RevOps teams from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to deliver business-aligned information.
**We expect you to possess the following skills and attitudes:**
Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, Grafana, or similar platforms.• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, charts).
* Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries and data modeling.
* Ability to structure databases and operational data repositories.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting business metrics, operational KPIs, and revenue indicators.
* Understanding of data governance and best practices for versioning/documentation.
* Skill in consolidating data from multiple sources and validating consistency.
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
