Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of medications and hospital supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the distribution and inventory control of medications and supplies. 2. Collaborates with the team to ensure safe deliveries and regulatory compliance. 3. Participates in training programs to stay updated on regulations. Ensure the efficient distribution of medications and hospital supplies to appropriate hospital departments, delivering medications and supplies accurately and within established deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transport necessary materials and medications to support the department and related departments; * Monitor and maintain the inventory of medications and hospital supplies, controlling stock levels, organizing and storing products appropriately, and requesting replenishment when necessary; * Assist with administrative inventory control tasks, temperature monitoring, and internal and external audits; * Support inventory management through proper product identification and disposal in designated locations according to established protocols; * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure medications are delivered safely and assist with any needs the team may have; * Strictly adhere to all regulations and safety policies related to handling medications and hospital supplies, ensuring patient and staff safety; * Maintain the pharmacy and storage areas clean and organized to comply with hygiene and safety standards; * Participate in training and professional development to remain updated on relevant regulations, policies, and procedures; * Work efficiently and effectively to ensure the hospital pharmacy operates correctly and meets the needs of healthcare professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Desirable: 6 months of experience related to the assigned duties or specific training for this role.
