Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, producing, and evaluating educational content, ensuring the quality and up-to-dateness of the knowledge base. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and implementation of learning activities 2. Production of texts, scripts, and direction of video lessons 3. Maintenance of the knowledge base and quality control Plan learning activities (implementation of solutions); Summarize complex materials clearly and concisely to optimize user comprehension; Script content for video and audio, aiming to explore new media; Ensure quality control and content updates on our platform; Monitor and evaluate educational processes; Produce texts and scripts for distance learning (EAD), multimedia applications, and videos; Work with content to be covered in courses and organizational training programs; Act as production director for video lessons; Deliver training sessions; Create and maintain the knowledge base, customer service scripts, and procedures required to meet contracted service levels; Validate standardization of format and content of solutions; Ensure information integrity; Ensure availability of the Knowledge Base in the support system; Maintain confidentiality and access permissions for documents; Periodically report statistics and information regarding maintenance and usage of the Knowledge Base. Work Location: São Carlos \- SP \- 100% on-site.
