Support to executive management through financial analysis and KPIs Job Description – Accountant We are looking for a strategic Accountant with analytical vision and focus on financial performance to manage the company's accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and decision-making support. Responsibilities: * Manage and execute full accounting routines (classification, reconciliation, and closing) * Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) * Calculate taxes and ensure fulfillment of tax and ancillary obligations * Conduct tax planning aimed at optimizing tax burden * Monitor internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation * Support executive management with financial analysis and strategic indicators * Interface with banks, external accounting firms (if applicable), and regulatory bodies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council) * Prior experience in accounting/tax areas * Proficiency in tax legislation and ancillary obligations * Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel * Analytical, organized profile with high sense of responsibility Differentiators: * Experience with medium-to-large enterprises * Experience in holding structures or multiple companies * Knowledge of strategic tax planning * Audit experience Work Model: * Employment Type: CLT or PJ (to be defined) * Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid / Remote (to be defined) * Location: (insert city/state) Compensation and Benefits: * Market-competitive salary * Performance bonus (if applicable) * Benefits: (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, etc.) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.116,22 - R$11.517,72 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Barueri, SP
