Responsibilities: Serve and retain customers by providing personalized, high-quality service. Maintain store organization and presentation. Stay updated on fashion trends to offer the best suggestions to customers. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. Requirements: Proven sales experience. Knowledge of fashion and trends. Strong, clear, and effective communication skills. Proactivity and daily organizational skills. Benefits: Work at a street-front store, open Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are always days off! Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00–17:30 or 10:30–19:00 Saturday: entire team works 9:00–17:30 Fixed salary + commission up to 3% on sales.
