Leilões Program, a leading platform for major cattle auctions in Brazil and Latin America, is seeking a professional to handle livestock sales through digital and internal auctions. The professional will be responsible for consultative service to buyers and sellers, promotion of lots, negotiation mediation, and sales follow-up, directly contributing to the company's commercial results. **Main responsibilities:** * Client service via telephone, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and in person; * Client prospecting and relationship management; * Promotion and presentation of animal lots; * Negotiation mediation; * Sales process and post\-sale follow-up; * Support for commercial actions and auction campaigns; * Performance based on commercial targets and indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science; * Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service; * Basic knowledge of computer skills and digital tools; * Knowledge of cattle, genetics, dairy production, or the agribusiness market is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Commission; * Pharmacy benefit; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Psychological counseling; * Sports incentive.
