If you thrive on goals, negotiation, customer relationships, and wish to join an organized company with a defined commercial structure and real performance-based earning potential, this role is for you. **Responsibilities:** \- Handle qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing \- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions \- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms \- Record all interactions in the system clearly and systematically \- Support customers throughout the entire commercial process \- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team performance **Requirements:** \- Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B) \- Commercial mindset, goal- and results-oriented \- Strong communication and negotiation skills \- Proficiency with systems, communication platforms, and CRM tools **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Prior experience in consultative sales \- Experience in solar energy, the electrical sector, or electrical materials **Benefits:** \- Fixed salary ranging from R$ 2,000.00 to R$ 3,000.00 per month + uncapped commissions \- Flexible Meal Allowance – R$ 480.00 per month \- Dental Plan (after probation period) \- Performance-Based Incentive Program \- SESC Membership \- Working days: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid driver’s license?
