Job Summary: Provide customer service across all channels, including preparing quotations, negotiations, sales, and prospecting, as well as managing commercial targets and routines. Deliver standardized service. Prepare quotations for all customer requests (register data in FC system). Negotiate and complete all stages of the sales process. Offer proprietary brand products and those displayed on shelves. Offer all services promoted by the company. Deliver products at the point of sale (POS). Call customers to close sales. Achieve monthly targets set by the company. Execute all commercial service routines according to job responsibilities and company policies.
