Teamwork with agility and empathy **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Marabá * Completed High School education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp * Experience with Fórmula Certa is desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver standard customer service * Listen to, interpret, and meet customers' needs, paying attention to potential product usage restrictions * Know the products and services well enough to offer the best option for each customer * Contact customers to pick up compounded products remaining in the store for over 5 days * Re-engage customers to recover rejected quotations * Seek pharmacist technical support when necessary * Deliver medications and provide instructions to customers; verify packaging contents against the order * Confirm all order details (formula and registration) to prevent errors * Record/reconcile delivery manifests * Receive and release courier pouches at pre-determined times and verify all documents * Contribute to store cleanliness and organization * Clean and organize display cases, tables, and sections * Prepare tastings and their display areas **COMPETENCIES:** * Agility * Empathy and humanization * Communication skills * Teamwork * Interpersonal relationships Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Experience: * Telemarketing (Preferred) * Sales (Mandatory) * Customer Service (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Driver's License Categories A and B (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
