Supporting institutional promotion events and promotional campaigns #### **About the position:** * Faculdade Serra Dourada is seeking a committed and proactive **Commercial Consultant** to work in student recruitment and external relationship management. This professional will be responsible for executing commercial initiatives, strengthening relationships with high schools and local partners, and promoting the institution’s academic programs—including the Medicine program. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Directly engage in **student recruitment**, focusing on visits to high schools, preparatory courses, and educational events; * Promote the institution and its academic programs by highlighting distinctive features and benefits; * Establish and maintain **partnerships with schools, companies, and local institutions**; * Support the organization of internal and external events focused on institutional promotion; * Maintain commercial performance reports and achieve established targets; * Support the marketing team with requests related to promotional campaigns and external activities; Collaborate closely with the sales team and commercial supervision. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in external sales, recruitment, or commercial promotion (preferred); * Excellent communication skills, confidence, and negotiation ability; * Basic knowledge of commercial management tools (CRM experience is a plus); * Availability for external activities; #### **Preferred qualifications (advantage):** * Experience working with targets. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive fixed salary * Commissions and bonuses * Opportunities for professional growth within the institution
