We are looking for a dynamic professional with a commercial profile, results-oriented mindset, and strong client relationship skills. **Key responsibilities:** * Prospect new clients (companies and residences) by phone. * Maintain and expand the client portfolio; * Achieve established sales targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Experience in commercial roles, preferably selling services; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity and focus on results; **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in the pest control sector or outsourced services; * Knowledge of consultative selling techniques. **We offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commission; * iFood benefits (R$ 16.00\) * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Birthday day off; * Casual dress code on Fridays.
