Don’t hesitate—apply now! #### **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate the development of engineering projects; Provide technical support for preparing commercial proposals, project pricing, and defining required resources; Risk management; Maintain regular communication with project, construction, and implementation teams, ensuring compliance with contractual terms; Supervise the area’s team, evaluating progress and alignment with the originally established schedule; Prepare performance reports and illustrative charts for managerial review; Coordinate departmental budgeting and cost control; Perform quantitative material control; Participate in meetings to present results, action plans, resource needs and support requirements, budget preparation, etc.; Assume responsibility for administering expenses and resources allocated under their control; Carry out other duties related to the position as directed by management; #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Minimum 3 years of proven experience; Familiarity with budgeting and cost control; Familiarity with material quantity take-offs; Customer service skills; Planning and control capabilities; Strategic vision; Strong communication skills; Leadership abilities; Decision-making capability; #### **Benefits:** Family Health Assistance Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being starts at home.
