




Description: We are seeking a Commercial Representative (PJ) to drive business development for Singular, with a focus on sales, relationship management, and growth of strategic accounts within a specific medical specialty. This position is ideal for commercial professionals who possess in-depth knowledge of the medical market, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic, autonomous, and results-oriented approach. Responsibilities and Duties * Represent Singular as the primary commercial reference within the specialty; * Direct engagement with physicians and clinics (in-person visits); * Collaboration with partner laboratories (GDs, consultants, promoters, and representatives); * Management and expansion of strategic accounts within the specialty; * Identification of opportunities to broaden the product portfolio and increase sales; * Negotiation with clinics and strategic accounts; * Strategic management of Singular’s product portfolio, prioritizing maximum commercial impact; * Enhancement of recurrence and stakeholder loyalty across the specialty; * Development of initiatives to boost sales and strengthen Singular’s brand presence within the specialty; * Participation in events, congresses, and commercial activities; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of specialty medications, high-cost drugs, or specific therapies; * Familiarity with regulatory processes (ANVISA, prescriptions, medical reports, authorizations); * Prior experience in external B2B or B2C sales; * Experience in commercial visits, ongoing relationship management, and portfolio management; * Previous work in the pharmaceutical, hospital, healthcare, or specialty medication sectors will be considered an advantage; * Experience in consultative negotiation and medium- or long-cycle sales; 2512210202551931046
