Job Summary: Commercial Executive focused on prospecting, developing, and retaining clients in the healthcare sector, promoting pathology services and serving as a liaison between the clinical staff and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect and develop new clients in the healthcare sector 2. Strengthen relationships with existing clients and promote pathology services 3. Act as a strategic liaison and develop commercial plans Commercial Executive Main Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new clients (physicians, clinics, hospitals, health insurance providers, and strategic partners). * Maintain and strengthen relationships with the active client portfolio, ensuring retention and satisfaction. * Promote the laboratory’s pathology services (anatomic pathology, cytopathology, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology, among others). * Act as a liaison between the clinical staff, clients, and internal laboratory departments. * Develop and execute commercial plans, targets, and growth strategies. * Conduct commercial and institutional visits, technical presentations, and negotiations. * Monitor performance indicators * Identify market opportunities and track competitors’ activities. * Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and healthcare sector compliance standards. _______________________________________________________________________ Prerequisites * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields). * Prior experience in healthcare commercial roles, preferably in diagnostic or pathology laboratories. * Knowledge of the medical-hospital market and relationships with prescribers. * Skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management. * Availability for external visits and travel. * Familiarity with CRM and commercial management tools. _______________________________________________________________________ Benefits: Market-competitive salary Meal allowance Transportation allowance or fuel allowance Unimed health insurance Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
