Mandatory Requirements Completed high school education; Experience in amicable collections; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Resilient, analytical profile with strong negotiation ability; Ability to work under performance targets and results-driven pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience in collection agencies or credit recovery advisory firms; Experience with extrajudicial agreements; Familiarity with collection and negotiation systems. Compensation and Benefits **Salary:** R$ 1\.754,00 **Meal Voucher:** R$ 20.97 per day; Transportation Voucher, as needed; Medical Plan after 90 days; Dental Plan after 90 days; Life Insurance.
