Team management and operational process management of the department #### **About the position:** * Receiving, inspection, restocking, organization, leadership, and customer service are the main responsibilities of this role. * In the PAS and sausage department, we aim to provide the best customer experience by facilitating product location. * We seek dedicated professionals who, through strong teamwork, can deliver quality products to customers. * If you wish to join this team, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize the PAS and Sausage Department for store opening and closing; * Check conditions of counters, gondolas, and additional display points, verifying temperature, hygiene, and maintenance; * Monitor and/or verify stock shortages at counters, islands, gondolas, and additional display points; * Supervise and guide the team on price changes, restocking of non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen products, as well as sliced product preparation; * Supervise and guide product organization according to the display layout; * Place purchase orders and monitor cold and dairy products, as well as return or exchange processes; * Monitor goods unloading, inspection, and quality verification; * Identify and monitor reports issued for promotions; * Monitor all departmental processes to ensure adherence to standard routines; * Manage personnel; * Conduct inventory checks to assess results; * Lead weekly team meetings to align processes and improvements within the department; * Guide the team on personal hygiene procedures, ensuring proper use of uniforms and PPE; * Serve customers in accordance with company-specified service standards; * Comply with operational procedures required for the position. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the dairy and perishables sector. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Organization; * Regular attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance; * Health insurance; * Telemedicine; * Telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Nutritionist coaching; * Sports coaching; * Attendance program; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Benefits club; * Pharmacy discounts. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating 6x1 schedule (shift starts at 07:20) * Availability for flexible working hours.
