Conducting consultative sales meetings and improving processes **Marketing Company** is hiring: Position: **CLOSER for closing sales of marketing services to BUSINESSES.** **Requirements:** * Extensive experience in the marketing sector and closing sales of marketing services to businesses. * Academic qualifications in this field are a plus. * Must reside in Goiânia **Responsibilities:** * Support SDRs in lead qualification and outreach * Provide insights to optimize the sales funnel * Engage with leads qualified by the SDR to increase conversion rate * Accurately manage and update the CRM (pipeline, status, and history) * Conduct strategic follow-ups to advance negotiations * Lead consultative sales meetings focused on diagnosis and closing * Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose continuous improvements **Compensation:** Fixed salary + commission (initial average earnings of 4,000 to 9,000) Immediate start required; onsite work in Goiânia.
