We welcome your application! #### **Key responsibilities:** * Daily supervision, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including floor sweeping or mopping, wall dirt removal, furniture dusting, and replenishment of personal hygiene supplies; * Ensure operational safety by monitoring proper use of cleaning products (e.g., degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (e.g., brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary; * Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes, distribute and collect PPEs and time cards, deliver benefit vouchers, maintain team order and discipline—including monitoring proper uniform usage, attendance, and proposing transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically supervise, coordinate, and/or execute targeted, more thorough cleaning tasks according to schedule—such as window washing, fan and lighting fixture cleaning, room disinfection, among others; * Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comply with Occupational Hygiene and Safety requirements, and ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Serve customers according to the company’s service standards; * Comply with job-specific operational procedures; * Attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor; * Knowledge of advanced cleaning and maintenance techniques; * Skills in team management and material control; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health assistance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * 7 hours and 20 minutes per day
