Job Summary: Lead the operational cleaning and maintenance team, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards and client expectations. Key Highlights: 1. Development of improvements in cleaning processes **Mission:** Ensure the quality of cleaning and maintenance services under the contract by leading the operational team and guaranteeing that hygiene processes are carried out in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise a team of approximately 13 cleaning staff; * Assign and guide daily team activities, ensuring adherence to cleaning routines; * Monitor the execution of hygiene and maintenance services across areas; * Control the usage and replenishment of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies; * Manage attendance records, work schedules, and team organization; * Ensure compliance with cleaning, hygiene, and occupational safety procedures; * Serve as the main point of contact between the operational team and contract supervision/management; * Identify opportunities for improvement in cleaning processes and environmental organization. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (VR), food voucher (VA), transportation voucher (VT); * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * Telemedicine; * Dental care; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Location:** São Paulo (North Zone \- Morro Grande). **Work Mode:** On-site. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a team leader or cleaning supervisor; * Experience managing operational teams; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment; * Strong organizational skills and leadership ability. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and sense of responsibility; * Organization and activity planning; * Effective communication with team members and clients; * Proactive problem-solving.
