The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for ensuring cleaning, organization, and maintenance of premises, contributing to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming space for customers and staff. **Required Competencies:** * **Proactivity** to act in advance, taking initiative to solve problems and carry out tasks without waiting for instructions. * **Discipline** to rigorously follow processes, rules, and routines. * **Organization** to keep materials, tools, and premises orderly. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general store cleaning, maintaining both interior and exterior areas clean and organized. * Conduct selective waste collection, correctly separating recyclable and disposable materials, supporting sustainability and organization. * Carry out other related activities as required by the department or organization, remaining available to assist with cleaning-, organization-, or maintenance-related tasks.
