Description
* Assist with student entry and exit;
* Monitor students' agendas for messages and relay them to the homeroom teacher and/or Pedagogical Coordination; also deliver cash amounts to the Pedagogical Coordination Assistant;
* Accompany and observe students as they complete classroom assignments;
* Supervise students during class breaks, acting preventively when necessary; in case of disciplinary incidents, report them to the Pedagogical Coordination; if the incident results in minor physical injury, first refer the student to the infirmary; if more serious, seek assistance from student supervisors or any school leader present at the time;
* Provide operational support for decorating classrooms and hallways;
* Welcome students respectfully and warmly, resolving minor conflicts,
* doubts, bathroom visits, and other age-appropriate needs;
* Accompany students during specialist classes;
* Transport students to extracurricular course rooms;
* Supervise and assist, as needed, with children's lunch and dinner;
* Monitor and participate in recreational activities during student entry and exit periods;
* Attach notes to students' agendas upon request;
**Periodic tasks:**
* Receive feedback semiannually from the Pedagogical Coordination regarding performance during the period;
* Assist students with their materials and personal belongings.
**Occasional tasks:**
In the absence of the homeroom teacher, assume teaching duties according to the schedule, or assist colleagues in adjacent classrooms or whichever classroom requires support.
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrates some ability to manage students both inside and outside the classroom;
* Possesses charisma and sensitivity when interacting with children;
* Low resistance and high willingness to accept new ideas and feedback;
* Continuously seeks technical knowledge to guide pedagogical activities;
* Has a natural aptitude for engaging students in research activities and/or knowledge-building projects;
* Capable of observing and assessing students in learning situations, promoting a positive school environment;
* Provides integrated support, working with students facing significant challenges;
* Skilled at managing minor crises and interpersonal conflicts;
* Possesses some technical ability to use multimedia tools in teaching;
* Upholds impeccable ethics and morality, never engaging in actions or behaviors that could cause loss or harm—of any kind—to the institution and/or individuals.
**Work schedule:** Monday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
