Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control the entire physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. * Ensure monitoring and control of goods to support their timely availability according to sales executed and agreed-upon deadlines. * Ensure all internal employees and third-party personnel are trained and qualified to perform activities related to handling and storage, adhering to universal handling rules. * Ensure accurate recording of material, product, and equipment entries and exits, complying with legal requirements, internal controls, and guaranteeing consistency between physical and accounting information. * Identify needs and jointly develop improvement projects with your immediate supervisor to implement best practices in operations based on area needs and assessments. * Ensure team motivation and appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training and professional development needs for your team.
