




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, sales, cash register operations, merchandise organization, inventory control, and supporting promotional activities. Conducting sales by assisting customers in selecting items that best meet their needs. Operating the cash register, recording sales transactions, and receiving payments. Organizing and restocking merchandise on shelves and gondolas. Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock control, flagging items requiring replenishment. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant and safe environment. Supporting promotional and merchandising activities. Complying with store safety regulations and internal procedures. Participating in training sessions and team meetings to align sales goals and strategies. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields is preferred). Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactivity and efficiency in customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic computer literacy (proficiency in sales systems and point-of-sale terminals). Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
