Job Summary: The Cashier is responsible for opening, operating, and closing the cash register; recording orders; processing payments; issuing invoices; and providing courteous customer service. Good communication and professional demeanor Open, operate, and close the cash register. Record orders, collect payments, and process transactions in cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods. Issue invoices and carefully verify order slips. Provide courteous customer service during the payment process. Assist in monitoring and organizing cash flow. Keep the counter and cashier area clean and organized. Report discrepancies, issues, or inconsistencies to management. Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service roles. Basic computer literacy. Efficiency, responsibility, and attention to detail. Good communication and professional demeanor. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
