Job Description: * Constantly striving to provide the best shopping experience for our customers; * Focus on sector differentiation strategies; * People management, aiming at the development of our employees; * Control and manage the store’s central cash section; * Monitor the closing process of each cash register; * Perform store support activities whenever necessary, observing departmental norms and procedures; * Personnel-related activities (participates in recruitment, working hours, vacation, and related processes). Desirable: * Completed High School; * Experience in the role; * Availability for shifts and rotating schedules (6x1\).
