If you are proactive, possess technical skills, and wish to be part of our team, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities for This Role:** * Approach internal and external customers across Tenda Atacado distribution channels, offering Voxcred and its affiliated credit card products and services—including terms and benefits—and completing sales and high-quality customer registration, forwarding them for credit analysis in accordance with company policy; * Provide customer service (pre- and post-sales), assisting with self-service inquiries regarding balance checks, bill issuance, and debit card payments; * Directly handle credit granting, maintenance, and review at in-person customer touchpoints; * Facilitate customer purchases and payments across distribution channels, accredited partners, and new issuers (PDV and POS); * Assist and guide customers during digital and personalized service interactions (APP, website, self-service, IVR, chat, and voice); * Support store staff with internal service requests to resolve issues across corporate communication channels (chat, voice, email); * Promote and demonstrate new Tenda credit card services across group distribution channels and to new external customers; * Utilize company-provided technological tools to perform assigned tasks; * Perform duties as required by the department, including coverage for vacations, time off, absences, leaves, and other needs; * Support supervision with requests consistent with the role. **Interested?!
