We have an opportunity for a Civil Firefighter!
Job Description:
* Conduct theoretical and practical training for the establishment and maintenance of Fire Brigades;
* Conduct evacuation drills and training as specified in the HSRC Emergency Plan;
* Monitor activities that may pose risks of accidents or damage to institutional property;
* Participate in risk assessments and monitoring of activities compatible with one's professional background;
* Perform periodic inspections of protective equipment and firefighting equipment, in compliance with current regulations across all HSRC units:
* Escape routes, including their clearance and pre\-existing signage;
* Firefighting equipment: Fire extinguishers, alarm systems, fire doors; hydrants, hoses, nozzles, keys, pump houses, valves; substations, generator rooms (together with the electrical maintenance team); elevator machine rooms; various construction sites; LPG central stations, valves and associated piping; emergency lighting; emergency staircases;
* Monitor LPG, O², nitrous oxide, and carbon dioxide refills; request fire extinguisher recharging; request fire hose maintenance;
* Monitor and implement requirements stipulated by the Military Fire Department in the report for renewal of the Fire Safety Certificate (ALCB);
