Barista \| Kiosk Shops Jardins \| Haoma Haoma is seeking individuals passionate about customer service, memorable experiences, and the world of coffee and chocolate to join our team at the Shops Jardins kiosk. We are looking for a Barista with experience in preparing coffee and beverages, who possesses energy, friendliness, organizational skills, and genuine enthusiasm for delighting customers during every interaction. Key Responsibilities * Prepare coffee and hot and cold beverages according to brand standards; * Operate coffee machines and other cafeteria equipment; * Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and standardization; * Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the kiosk and equipment; * Support inventory control and restocking of supplies and products; * Operate the cash register and perform consultative sales; * Contribute to achieving store targets. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a barista, cafeteria attendant, or in similar roles; * Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage assembly; * Familiarity with coffee machines and cafeteria operations; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Availability to work on a shopping mall schedule.
