We seek responsible, organized individuals committed to quality. **Responsibilities (according to the role):** **BAKER-PAstry CHEF** * Preparation of bread, sweet, and savory doughs; * Production of simple cakes, fillings, frostings, and finishing touches; * Shaping, fermentation, and baking of products; * Standardization of recipes and quality control; * Organization of the department and cleaning of equipment; * Basic inventory control **Requirements:** * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto; * Full availability of working hours; * Proven experience as a **Baker-Pastry Chef** or in similar roles; * Punctuality and commitment to scheduled hours; * Organization, teamwork, and good hygiene practices; * Availability to work according to rotating shifts. **Compensation and Benefits:** ***Baker Salary:*** To be negotiated based on experience.
