Description We are looking for an attendant to join our team. The attendant is responsible for providing customer service, delivering information, clarifying doubts, and resolving issues. Responsibilities * Serve customers in person, by phone, or via e\-mail, providing courteous and efficient information about products and services; * Record customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments; * Maintain positive relationships with customers; * Resolve problems and conflicts efficiently and courteously; * Participate in training sessions to improve customer service; * Follow company policies and procedures to ensure service safety and quality; * Keep the workplace clean and organized. Requirements * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service is desirable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends * Proficiency with computer systems and typing * Willingness to travel
