Job Summary: Customer service and active product sales via online platforms and WhatsApp, emphasizing friendliness and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork with emphasis on both individual and shared goals. **SALARY UP TO OVER R$5,000.00** Working hours: Monday to Friday. Base salary: **R$ 2,256.00**, per the job category; **+ R$500.00** after the probationary period (45 or 90 days) for sales representatives with prior experience in compounding pharmacies; or **R$250.00** after the probationary period (45 or 90 days) for sales representatives without such experience; **+ R$250.00** worth of Phytomaster products per month; (R$150.00 after probation and upon completing one year with the company, increasing to R$250.00\). **+ Sales commission**, potentially exceeding **R$ 2,000.00**; **+ R$172.00** childcare allowance; Transportation allowance provided via card (no statutory deduction, applicable after probationary period); On-site meals provided (no deductions); Overtime pay included directly in payroll—no time-banking system. **Main Responsibilities:** Customer service and active sales via online platforms and WhatsApp; Emphasis on courteous, friendly, and accurate customer interactions; Clarifying questions regarding formulations, while proactively offering products and/or promotions suited to the customer’s profile—especially encouraging loyalty. **Required and/or Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in pharmacy retail (drugstore) and/or compounding pharmacy customer service; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team; Adaptability to change; Focus on achieving objectives and goals—both individual and collective; Competitiveness and goal-oriented mindset; Persuasiveness; Organizational skills; Active listening; Empathy and positive attitude; **Additional Benefits:** 44-hour weekly schedule (Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours compensated); \- Pharmacy discount program – 30% discount on compounded products; \- Education assistance up to 100% of course tuition (course and benefit subject to evaluation after probationary period); \- Daily 15-minute break (not deducted from weekly working hours); \- Monthly Phytomaster Kit valued at R$150.00, effective after completing one full year with the company, with annual increases up to a maximum value of R$250.00\. \- Birthday Phytomaster Kit gift; \- Daily rest room; and \- Shared dining area.
