We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who plays a vital role in building customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities at the dealership. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date; * Contact potential and existing customers to communicate monthly offers, schedule in-person visits to dealerships, prospect for events, among other activities; * Enter and update information in the system, ensuring accurate data for sales tracking; * Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. * Experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably within dealerships or the automotive industry. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance or on-site meal voucher (provided by the company); * Life insurance; * TotalPass.
