




Job Summary: We are seeking a Legal/Administrative Assistant to draft and review contracts, support the Executive Board and lawyers, and engage in strategic commercial negotiations. Participate in negotiations and provide strategic commercial support An investment company located in the Cristal neighborhood, near Barra Shopping Sul, is seeking a Legal/Administrative Assistant – CLT – On-site: Responsibilities: Draft and review real estate purchase and sale agreements, service provision contracts, and commercial agreements, tracking the process via CRM. Support the Executive Board in requesting and issuing documents, managing processes. Monitor contract and deed signings at notary offices. Support lawyers in preparing legal opinions and other legal documents. Participate in negotiations and provide strategic commercial support. Work with activity and performance indicators. Requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law or related fields. Basic knowledge of Tax, Civil, and Corporate Law. Some experience in contract analysis and drafting, and knowledge of real estate contracts and precatory writs. Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork capability, and ability to work under deadlines and targets. Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools. Willingness to travel throughout Brazil. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; OR Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Remuneration: Starting between R$3,000.00 and R$3,500.00, depending on experience, with increase after probation period.
