Position: Executive Assistant (Finance Directorate)
Full-time CLT position with on-site work, focused on providing direct support to the executive board by organizing daily routines
Responsibilities:
* Manage the executive board's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business trips
* Prepare documents, reports, and strategic presentations
* Monitor projects, defining deadlines and responsible parties
* Facilitate internal and external communications for the executive board
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files
* Draft and manage confidential correspondence and documents
* Provide professional and discreet telephone and in-person assistance
Mandatory Requirements:
* Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related fields
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable Requirements:
* Intermediate English proficiency
* Knowledge of project management tools
* Experience in large-scale companies
* Certifications in executive secretarial studies
* Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools
