Job Summary: Professional responsible for carrier procurement and transportation negotiations, cargo route planning, trip monitoring, and incident resolution, with emphasis on cost optimization and support to branch offices. Focus on incident resolution and continuous process improvement \*Job Responsibilities:\* Daily contracting of independent carriers, affiliated carriers, and spot carriers Negotiation of routes and delivery time windows Cargo scheduling and route planning * Monitoring truck arrival times at the distribution center (DC) and execution of trips * Proactive incident resolution (delays, queues, breakdowns, refusals) * Direct interface with drivers, freighters, and carriers * Transportation KPI tracking and analysis * Support to commercial departments * Strong sense of urgency and hands-on approach * Provide support to branch offices regarding proper use of routing software and control tower * Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing transportation costs, improving processes, or implementing systems. \*Benefits:\* Meal Allowance \- BRL 420.00 (fixed monthly) Food Voucher \- BRL 28.35 (per day) Telemedicine (Conexa) (1 specialty, 4 consultations including psychological, 24h primary care) Dental Plan Fuel Voucher \- BRL 300.00 Life Insurance Pharmacy Network GymPass (WellHub) Birthday Day Off Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT Minimum Education: Technical Course
