Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Help Desk Assistant to provide internal support, ensuring the smooth operation of tools and assisting colleagues with a focus on technology and learning. An environment that values communication, organization, and proactivity We are looking for an IT Help Desk Assistant to support internal users, ensure the proper functioning of productivity tools, provide administrative support to the IT department, and assist colleagues in their day-to-day activities. We seek an organized, communicative individual with a strong desire to learn, who enjoys helping others and has an affinity for technology. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level support to internal users; * Assist users with Microsoft 365-related requests (Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive); * Support the creation, organization, and troubleshooting of files and folders in OneDrive; * Register, track, and update support tickets; * Assist the IT team with administrative tasks; * Record and manage departmental accounts in internal systems; * Support the organization of controls, spreadsheets, and simple reports; * Escalate more complex tickets to the responsible team when necessary. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in IT currently underway are desirable); * Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Help Desk or Technical Support; * Basic user support knowledge; * Experience with internal systems or ERPs; * Interest in growth and development within the IT field We also seek professionals with quick reasoning ability, ease and enthusiasm for serving both internal and external customers, emotional control, diligence, discipline, empathy, organization, proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to apply logical reasoning and strategic vision to resolve daily challenges and deliver effective solutions.
